Everything we produce is tailored to the customers exact requirements.  It is made especially for you. Hence we cannot provide a return service.  As per our “Terms & Conditions” we suggest you choose your design, item and personalisation very carefully.

When our customers use the Keep It Personal website and order products – the personalisation is ultimately signed off by them.  As a customer you are asked during the “checkout” process to confirm your order and to agree to the “Terms and Conditions” of the Keep It Personal website.

If the integrity of the product – quality or otherwise is compromised upon delivery, we will look at the options on a case by case basis.

Shipping

Shipping takes 2-3business days.  Express shipping represents the actual postage element which is $20 extra and generally next day to most places in Australia.  You will be notified via email if it will be longer.

At Keep It Personal we use Australia Post.  We like to support Australian businesses even if they are publicly owned!

We have two levels of shipping – $5 for phone covers, caps and smaller items, $10 for Varsity Jumpers and everything else that is a little bigger.  It is CAPPED at $20 for all shipping – maximum.  Overseas is an extra $20.

Not as yet.  We are working on the technology so our customers will be able to track their purchases in the future.
