Unfortunately no.  Everything we produce is tailored to the customers exact requirements.  It is made especially for you. Hence we cannot provide a return service.  As per our “Terms & Conditions” we suggest you choose your design, item and personalisation very carefully.

When our customers use the Keep It Personal website and order products – the personalisation is ultimately signed off by them.  As a customer you are asked during the “checkout” process to confirm your order and to agree to the “Terms and Conditions” of the Keep It Personal website.

If the integrity of the product – quality or otherwise is compromised upon delivery, we will look at the options on a case by case basis.



Generally shipping will take two weeks.  You will be notified via email if it will be longer.

At Keep It Personal we use Australia Post.  We like to support Australian businesses even if they are publicly owned!

We have three levels of shipping – $5 for phone covers, $10 for tablet covers, caps, linen, playing cards, hairbrushes, cushions and $15 for our trays as they are the largest and bulkiest item.

Not as yet.  We are working on the technology so our customers will be able to track their purchases in the future.
